Dr. Michael Filimowicz, AKA DJ Cognitive Hazard, is a University Lecturer in the School of Interactive Arts and Technology at Simon Fraser University (Vancouver, Canada).
His 'claim to fame' is that since 2023–and continuing to this day–he has been the target of psychological operations (psyops) by the American and Canadian governments. He has meticulously documented these state-backed psychological assault and torture methods as they are deployed against civilians in the six volumes of his The New Police State book series:
